Laura is our Nursery Manager. She started at Yew Tree Nursery as an Early Years Practitioner in 2017 after she had completed her degree in Abuse and Crime Studies, later becoming Deputy Manager before taking on her current role. Laura has been working with children since she was 16 and also holds her Level 3 Diploma in Children's Care, Learning and Development. Laura believes that all children have the opportunity to thrive and flourish in a stimulating environment that promotes equality and diversity. Laura is a supportive manager to her team and is committed to helping them fulfill their roles. She believes that Parent Partnership is paramount in early years, and encourages positive relationships between her, the deputy manager ad the child's key worker with the parent in order for parents feel confident and reassured when their child starts our setting.

Heidi is our Deputy Manager. She has been with the company for over 6 years and has worked in both of our nurseries. Heidi is a Level 3 Qualified Practitioner and is now working towards her Level 4 Advanced Practitioner qualification. She is married and has 2 sons. Heidi enjoys working with children of all ages and loves messy play.

Anne is a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner and has been at the nursery for over 5 years. Anne currently works in the Pre-School room and loves encouraging the children to use their imagination, especially when playing outside on the train and pretending they are going on safari and seeing animals!

Rachel is a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner. She enjoys setting up creative activities for the children and seeing the smiles on their faces, and that of the parent/carers when they get a picture sent home from their child. Rachel also loves to see children develop through the Early Years Statutory Framework (EYFS).

Abbie is a Level 3 Qualified Practitioner with 3 years experience working in the Early Years. She loves caring and helping to educate the children in each area of their development. Working with children reminds Abbie how amazing and exciting the world can be! She loves seeing the world through their eyes.

Caitlin knew from when she was a little girl that she wanted to work with children, she is passionate about helping children to learn and develop and loves working with the children. Caitlin holds her Level 3 Diploma in Children's Play, Learning and Development.
